We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in a Property Management Company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cyprus is preferred.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
